We review any existing assessment reports, documents, and correspondence relevant to your EHCP, providing written feedback on the strength of the evidence. We’ll advise on any additional evidence that may be needed to support your case.

Parental Request for an EHC Needs Assessment
£300

We review any existing assessment reports and prepare a formal parental request for an EHC Needs Assessment, demonstrating how the legal test is met. This includes requesting additional information from your child’s current educational setting, which will be included in your application. We then submit the request to your Local Authority on your behalf.

Annual Review Support
£300

We provide support at your child’s annual review, including reviewing professional reports, attending the meeting, and circulating minutes afterward. Attendance is usually via Teams.

Registration of SEND Tribunal Appeal
£200

We complete a SEND35 or SEND35a form, draft your Grounds for Appeal, and submit all registration documents to the Tribunal before your appeal deadline.

Management of SEND Tribunal Appeal

We provide full management of your appeal, from registration to the final hearing. This includes liaising with the Local Authority and SEND Tribunal, meeting all deadlines, preparing negotiation documents, submitting Requests for Changes, and providing legal analysis throughout your case. You will receive regular updates via email, with phone calls arranged as needed.

SEND Tribunal Hearing Representation

We represent you at the final hearing, preparing witnesses, summarising outstanding disputes, questioning the Local Authority’s witnesses, and communicating with the Judge and panel members on your behalf.

Fees:

Half-day hearing – £350
Full-day hearing – £500

Bespoke advice/service
£75 per hour

We provide guidance at any stage of the EHCP or SEND Tribunal process. Examples of previous bespoke services have included:

- responding to LA correspondence on behalf of a parent
- reviewing an independent educational psychology report
- registering complaints with the Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman
- pre-action protocol letters where an LA has failed to keep to statutory timeframes
